SST

Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Malaysia, in English, by a legally qualified and independent arbitrator experienced in information technology law. The arbitration process shall remain private and confidential. However, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.s
